I too am a victim of never receiving what I ordered from Bidz.com. They tell me that my local post office acknowledges receiving the item and I should get it in a few days.

I am still waiting and after reading what other victims have to say, to tell you the truth I won't hold my breath.

The customer service people are a JOKE! I was never allowed to speak with a supervisor, and the lack of english speaking OR understanding of english was another serious frustration.

Needless to say, I will never order from them again nor will I recommend them. I have taken steps to dispute the charges and if I have to, will take them to court.
