Joseph Named CEO of Oneida Ltd. - JB Daily News Feed



Oneida Ltd. today announced that its board of directors has named James E. Joseph as chief executive officer.


Joseph will continue to serve as president of the company a position he has held since June 2006. He has been with the company for 19 years and was previously head of worldwide sales and marketing.


Oneida's CEO position had been vacant since September 2006 when the company emerged from Chapter 11 bankruptcy. The previous CEO, Terry G. Westbrook, served from March 2005 to June 2006.


Oneida Ltd. is one of the world's largest design, sourcing and distribution companies for stainless steel and silver-plated flatware for the consumer and foodservice industries. It also supplies dinnerware to the foodservice industry in North America.
