Sterling Jewelers Inc. Implements RedPrairie’s Execution Management System to Enhance Customer Experience - JB News Feed

MILWAUKEE--(BUSINESS WIRE)--RedPrairie Corporation, a world leading consumer driven optimization company, announced today that Sterling Jewelers Inc., the largest specialty retail jeweler in the country with over 1,300 stores nationwide, including nationally recognized Kay Jewelers and Jared, The Galleria of Jewelry, has implemented RedPrairies on-demand hosted model of its execution management application.

RedPrairies Execution Management application is high performance, web-based software that helps improve retailers abilities to design and monitor processes and programs that are executed in stores. Execution management gives Sterling a single, chain-wide window to all aspects of store execution.

RedPrairies on-demand hosted delivery model for execution management is a significant benefit to specialty retailers because of the flexibility it enables, said Kim Eaton, President of RedPrairies Retail Productivity Solutions Division. Eaton continues, Specialty retailers require that our product be implemented over a variety of store formats. With the applications ability to personalize information specific to each store, home office communications can be automatically sent to locations of different sizes stand-alone or in-mall not just identical chain stores.
