Stuller, Gordon's launch breast cancer awareness lines - JB News Feed

In honor of October as Breast Cancer Awareness Month, both Stuller Inc. and Gordonsjewelers.com have launched jewelry lines to help educate the public about breast cancer and to raise funds for its treatment and cure.

Stuller Inc. has launched a collection of breast cancer awareness products in the October issue of Stuller Standard, a magazine for bench and retail jewelers.

James Louviere, Stuller's director of religious and family jewelry, said the donated product sales will be directed to two areas: the Breast Cancer Awareness charities and Pink Pourri, a new group founded by a New Orleans nurse and activist who is a double survivor.

The line can be viewed in full at Stuller's Web site, Stuller.com by entering "awareness" in the search box.

Gordonjewelers.com has launched The Pink Collection, which includes pink sapphire necklaces and earrings priced from $69 to $229. Featured pieces include heart-shaped earrings, pink sapphire ribbon necklaces, Journey Diamond Jewelry pieces and "circle" pendants. Five percent of sales will be donated to The Breast Cancer Research Foundation.

Steve Larkin of Gordonjewelers.com said the company is proud to do this.

"Our jewelry is not only beautiful to look at, but serves as a daily reminder of the continuing fight for a cure, and we are proud to financially support the efforts of the Breast Cancer Research Foundation through our sales," Larkin said in a press release.

The Pink Collection is available only at Gordon's Jewelers Web site, Gordonjewelers.com.
