Janice Winter has resigned as president of jewelry designer and retailer Judith Ripka in order to explore other opportunities, the company has confirmed.

"Janice Winter was an integral part in our growth and success, and we wish her the very best," said Judith Ripka Chief Executive Officer Ronald Berk in a statement sent to National Jeweler Thursday. There is no specific plans at this point for a new hire, he added.
