All the Hanover woman had to do was reminisce about the endless crystal blue waters she gazed at from the cruise ship she and her family sailed when they vacationed in the Caribbean recently.

"When I'm near the ocean, I always feel closer to God," Repasky said.

Scott & Co. owner Scott Coyle said this was the second year he has held the contest in which people designed a pendant for a necklace. The design will be used to make two identical pendants.
