Zalemark Inc., the Sherman Oaks, Calif.-based fine-jewelry manufacturer, is expanding its presence in Southeast Asia through a new partnership with Vietnamese jewelry manufacturer Phunhuan Jewelry Joinstock Co. (PNJ).

Last December, the U.S. Congress paved the way for American companies like Zalemark to establish business relationships in Vietnam, when it approved legislation extending permanent normal trade relations with the nation.
