Russia’s FM: No Plans for ALROSA IPO - Rapaport

Russian Finance Minister Alexei Kudrin told reporters in Tokyo that ALROSA was not planning an initial public offering (IPO,) adding to confusion about the proposed listing. Previous reports have quoted company president Sergei Vybornov saying ALROSA was planning an IPO within the next 12-to-18 months.
