Jewelry Television may not build a new headquarters at a West Knoxville business park after all. The Knoxville-based cable channel had planned to build a $20 million, 300,000-square foot headquarters at the Pellissippi Corporate Center, near the intersection of Pellissippi Parkway and Hardin Valley Road. Now, though, company executives say they haven’t made a final decision on whether the project will move forward.
