Gucci Brand Ranks No.1 with the Wealthy - Rapaport
High net-worth consumers rated Gucci the fashion brand that offers the best customer experience in the 2008 Luxury Customer Experience Index survey from the independent New York-based Luxury Institute. Those who took part in the survey held an average annual income of $350,000 and average net worth of $3.7 million. Survey results were weighted to match demographic and net worth profiles of the same audience according to the latest Survey of Consumer Finances from The Federal Reserve. Respondents commented that Gucci has "leading edge style," and "immediate recognition." Louis Vuitton and Faconnable ranked second and third, respectively.
