Friedman's ex-CEO convicted of fraud - National Jeweler

A federal jury has found former Friedman's Chief Executive Officer Bradley Stinn guilty in a massive accounting fraud scheme intended to inflate the retail jeweler's financial performance, federal prosecutors announced. The jury found Stinn, 47, guilty on charges of securities fraud, mail fraud and conspiracy, and also leveled a $1.02 million forfeiture verdict against the former executive on Monday in federal court in Brooklyn.
