Jewelry Television suing to recoup millions in theft losses - JB News Feed

Tracy Ball was watching cable on two brand-new plasma TVs in his New York apartment when he was arrested by authorities last April. His programming of choice: Jewelry Television. Ball, of Brooklyn, N.Y., had an affinity for diamond and gold jewelry, buying about $3.5 million worth in a 13-month span from the Knoxville-based home-shopping network, using funds stolen from the office of the New York City comptroller.
