Chopard Warns of Diamond Requests Made on Their Behalf - Rapaport

Chopard sent the following warning to RapNet members and the trade. It follows a similar warning from Miami bourse president David Rosenberg (who discusses the issue during our weekly broadcast.) In the past few weeks a person has been requesting diamonds in the trade under the name “Mr. Jean-Pierre Balmain” and on behalf of a “Chopard Diamond Division."
