The supplementary blog www.ACJewelryStoreBlog.com opened recently to serve as a product showcase and customer forum, allowing customers to ask questions about items and the store in general.

"The items are very good quality, and that's very important to me," says store owner Tony Cardinallo, who opened the store out of a personal interest in jewelry and accessories. "It's high and low end products on my site. I want to use the blog to list more products, and to get people talking. This isn't just for generating interest; I also want to hear what my customers are thinking, and what types of items they would like to see on the site. I'm very flexible about what I carry in my inventory."

Tony has long been concerned with his customers' needs, and is now doing what he can to meet them. "A lot of people are just looking for jewelry," he explains, "and I want to help them find what they're looking for. I list the types of jewelry that appeal to me, and try to pick products at all price levels. I want to make sure that my customers are able to find whatever they need on my site -- their budget will be met by a good selection of jewelry items, no matter how high or low."

Tony is specifically looking to expand his inventory in directions dictated by his customers' feedback, and will be posting frequently to his blog in order to gather opinions and notify his customers of recent changes to the site.
