De Beers Class Action Suit Claim Deadline Approaches

New York City - May 13, 2008: May 19, 2008 is the deadline to submit a claim to the De Beers Class Action Lawsuit. Responses must be postmarked on or before May 19, 2008.

Jewelers Vigilance Committee (JVC) continues to provide guidance for resellers who submit claims to the De Beers class action settlement fund.
