Detectives have found six suitcases packed with gold dust worth £8million and more than £30 million in cash during raids on three safe deposit centres in some of London's most affluent neighbourhoods. Last night Scotland Yard said the recovery of such an astonishing haul was being seen as a major victory in the war against global organised crime.
