New Blog for Amazing Silver Jewelry Opens..

When Alverna Marcelle opened Amazing Silver Jewelry in late 2007, she had a distinctly personal storefront in mind; one that would make her customers feel comfortable and welcome. "I always had in mind that when I left New York City, I'd retire to Florida and do something of my own," she explains. "I've always loved jewelry -- I think all women do -- and I'm especially fond of silver."

Creating www.AmazingSilverJewelry.com was the first step in the process, but now Alverna has continued on to opening a customer-friendly blog at www.AmazingSilverJewelryBlog.com, allowing shoppers to converse with her directly. "Blogging is the future, and I know I can contact a lot of customers through blogging," she explains. "I'll be posting in reference to the products I'm selling and whatever else is happening around the world -- whatever's in the news, in other words. It's not just a place to talk about the products; it's a place to talk."

Which is not to say the products are unimportant; Alverna has taken great care to ensure that the products featured on www.AmazingSilverJewelry.com are of the highest quality. "I did some research, and I went through the web sites of a few suppliers," she says. "I chose jewelry that I liked particularly for myself."

In the future, Alverna plans on focusing even more on her customers' experience, as well as expanding her business horizons. She says, "I ran a business for 14 years in Manhattan, and I had a good rapport with my employees and customers alike, so I know I can give good customer service. I do believe that the customer is always right, and I'm someone they can count on. I intend to grow, not only in the jewelry business but in other business ventures, as well. This is basically my first start, but I intend to market at least another 5 web sites in the near future. I'm very dedicated to what I do."

Alverna encourages all of her customers to post on her new blog with questions or comments, and will be releasing information (when available) about her upcoming web sites.
