BRC DiamondCore Asks Court to Help Drop Partner

Toronto-based BRC DiamondCore Ltd has requested court assistance to sever ties with its former Black Economic Empowerment (BEE) partner in South Africa. The diamond explorer’s South Africa subsidiary, Samadi Resources, filed application in the Johannesburg High Court to declare its agreement with former BEE partner, Sefalana Mineral Resources, to be void, BRC said in a statement.
