K&G Creations (of JewelNet Corporation) filed a $50 million lawsuit against Charles & Colvard Ltd. and four of the company’s top ranking officers after the moissanite creator sued for a $2.8 million debt claim. Even though K&G was Charles & Colvard’s largest customer, "over the last four years K&G alleges that Charles & Colvard engaged in practices that ruined K&G’s reputation and ultimately forced K&G out of the Moissanite business," according to the company today.
